Returns & Refund Policy
At Luxury Blanks, we aim to make returns and refunds simple and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully.
Vintage Colors Disclaimer
Our Vintage colors (Vintage Black and Vintage Grey) go through a special dyeing process followed by a fade-out treatment to achieve the worn effect.
Slight variations in tone may occur between productions or even within the same batch. These differences are a natural result of the process and are not considered defects.
Size Tolerance Disclaimer
The measurements shown on our product pages are approximate and may vary by 1 to 2 cm due to the manufacturing and washing process. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Return Timeframe
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For EU customers, the 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing cancellation or return for any reason.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags intact.
- Be returned in original packaging.
- Be free of odors (perfume, tobacco, or other strong scents).
- Include proof of purchase (packing slip or order confirmation).
How to Initiate a Return
1 - Email returns@luxuryblanks.pt with the subject line:
Return Request – [Your Order Number]
2 - Include your order number and reason for return.
3 - Our team will reply with the return address and instructions.
⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a package is undelivered and returned to us, related costs may be charged to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees applied to return shipments.
- A handling fee of up to 10% of the order value may apply and will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
- A valid tracking number must be provided. Returns without tracking will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Seconds Collection items (discounted due to defects)
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. A new purchase must be placed once the return is accepted. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks and card issuers may take additional time to complete the refund.
