Processing Time
Typical processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
During busy periods, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for processing.
Additional processing time may be required depending on stock availability.
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and may choose between waiting for the item to become available or receiving a full refund for the unavailable item.
Orders are processed in the order they are received, subject to stock availability and operational capacity.
Delivery Time & Shipping
The delivery time displayed at checkout is an estimated delivery timeframe once the order has been shipped. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
All orders are shipped from Portugal.
Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on destination, operational availability, remote area restrictions, or courier specific conditions.
Luxury Blanks reserves the right to use an alternative shipping provider or service level, without prior notice, whenever reasonably necessary to complete the shipment.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Luxury Blanks is not responsible for courier delays, missed estimated delivery dates, service interruptions, customs delays, failed scans, lost parcels, stolen parcels, or other delivery issues once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Luxury Blanks does not offer compensation for late deliveries.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Luxury Blanks is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, address correction fees, re delivery fees, return to sender fees, or any additional courier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct before completing the order, including the full recipient name, street address, apartment, suite, unit, or building details where applicable, postal code, city, country, and contact phone number where required by the courier.
If the customer enters an incorrect address and the order has not yet been shipped, Luxury Blanks may update the address at its discretion if contacted in time. An administrative address change fee may apply.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
If Luxury Blanks chooses to assist with a post shipment address change request as a courtesy, an administrative address change fee will apply, in addition to any fees, surcharges, handling costs, or additional shipping charges imposed by the courier. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full before any further action is taken.
Returned, Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned to Luxury Blanks due to customer related issues, including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect from a pickup point, repeated failed delivery attempts, failure to respond to the courier, refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or local import charges, or any other circumstance attributable to the customer, the order will not be considered lost.
In such cases, Luxury Blanks reserves the right to require the customer to pay the full cost of re shipping the order, including any return fees, address correction fees, handling fees, or additional courier charges.
Alternatively, Luxury Blanks may issue a partial refund only, excluding the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, address correction or re delivery fees, customs related charges, courier handling fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any other costs incurred by Luxury Blanks in connection with the shipment.
If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, all re shipping costs must be paid in advance.
Remote Area Surcharges
In certain cases, shipping carriers may apply unexpected surcharges for deliveries to remote, restricted, or less accessible areas.
If Luxury Blanks identifies that the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount paid at checkout due to such courier surcharges, we reserve the right to either contact the customer and request payment of the difference in shipping cost before dispatch, or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped and the courier later applies a destination related surcharge beyond the original amount charged at checkout, Luxury Blanks reserves the right to request payment of the additional amount before any further assistance, re shipping, address correction, or related service is provided.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
For international orders, Luxury Blanks is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by customs authorities, courier companies, or government agencies in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or related charges and the shipment is returned, refused, abandoned, or destroyed by the courier or customs authorities, Luxury Blanks is not obligated to issue a full refund.
Any refund, if granted, will be subject to deduction of all shipping, return, customs, handling, and transaction related costs incurred.
Order Changes
Orders may only be modified before shipment and only if processing has not progressed too far.
Luxury Blanks cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.
Once an order has been shipped, Luxury Blanks cannot guarantee any changes, including shipping address changes, delivery instructions, courier service changes, package interception requests, or rerouting requests.
If Luxury Blanks chooses to assist with any post shipment change request, this is done strictly as a courtesy and any related costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@luxuryblanks.pt.
Cancellation requests are only considered before the order has been shipped and only if processing has not progressed too far.
If the order has already been processed, packed, collected by the courier, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Luxury Blanks reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee of 3% to 5% to cover payment processing fees, transaction costs, currency conversion fees, and administrative costs where applicable.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and available shipping services.
All shipping prices displayed at checkout are subject to change without notice until the order is placed.
In rare cases where the actual shipping cost, courier surcharge, destination restriction, or delivery condition materially differs from the original checkout calculation, Luxury Blanks reserves the right to contact the customer to collect the difference or cancel and refund the order.
Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Luxury Blanks, the customer acknowledges and accepts this Shipping Policy, together with our Returns & Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable store policies published on this website.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.
